We want to make sure Compass Resumes is the right fit for your needs. To do this, it is essential you can answer the following questions:

- How do you stand apart from others with similar skills and backgrounds?
- If you could only share 3 things with an employer about your value, what would they be?
Before the call, please e-mail your current resume and a target job announcement.
After the call and upon deciding to hire Compass Resumes, we will send a project agreement and invoice.
Once we receive the signed agreement and payment, we will send a next steps e-mail detailing what we need.
Keep in mind this is an active process, and we do need information from you to deliver a top-quality product. We will request documents, ask you to complete written forms, and communicate with us by phone and e-mail throughout the project.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY DOCUMENT?
Typically, once we have all of the request materials and have interviewed you, we complete projects within 5-10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD A SERVICE(S)?
We provide discounts when clients order more than 1 services. We will apply the full discount to the added service(s). We will have you sign an additional project agreement for any added services.
CAN I GET A RUSH PROJECT?
Our current client project load makes it nearly impossible to handle rush projects. Honestly, we don’t recommend rushing because this is your investment, and it deserves the time it takes to craft a high-quality document and strategy.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you cancel the project before we send any materials to you, we will issue a 100% refund. If the project starts and we provided services in the form of interviews or sending documents, but the client requests we stop the project, we will issue a 50% refund. There is no refund for any completed documents/services. If a client does not respond or communicate with us, after 60 days, we consider the project deserted, and no refund will be issued.
